Add a voicemail greeting in AT&T Collaborate
I’m looking to update the prompts that my AT&T Collaborate users hear when they check their voicemail messages. Does anyone know how to do that?

The voicemail greeting in AT&T Collaborate can be changed by expanding the “Administration” menu item to the left of the homepage. Click on “Company settings” Look for the “Voicemail” section and click on “Edit” You can then select between the default or custom messages.
