Add custom audio files in AT&T Collaborate

I was advised that there was a way to set up a custom greeting in our AT&T Collaborate account. Does anyone know how to configure that?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate allows you to set up custom greetings or announcements that will play when someone leaves you a voicemail. To add a custom recording create a WAV file and ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  • Smaller than 5MB
  • CCITT u-Law or A-Law
  • 8,000 kHz
  • 8-bit Mono

Once you have the file navigate to the “Administration” widget and click on “Announcements”, then click on the “Add Audio Announcement” button. See our tutorial “Using default and custom audio files with AT&T Collaborate” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
