Apple Business Manager DEP

I have signed my company up for Apple Business Manager for the MDM and I have put in the ATT reseller ID. It now instructs me to "Communicate your Organization's ID to the participating Apple Authorized Reseller or carrier, and verify that they received it." and "Arrange with your participating Apple Authorized Reseller or carrier to have them submit your orders through their portal to Apple". I have called ATT support and have talked to 8 different customer reps over an hour and a half and none of them can help me/seem to know what I'm talking about. I have my organization number ready just tell me what I need to do please.

I am having this same issue and can't seem to find the necessary support from AT&T. Doesn't look like you have received a response, which is typical for AT&T unless you are trying to buy something from them. I receive a new rep about every 4 to 6 months and none of them have been very helpful when it comes to doing anything more than selling me new products or services. Please let me know if you have been able to find the right person who actually knows anything about the Apple Business Manager and how to associate our Organization Number with the AT&T account. Thanks!
