AT&T Collaborate desktop application FAQ
My company is looking to adopt AT&T Collaborate, and I’m looking to see if there are any resources that I can use to get my technicians up to speed on how to use it. Does anyone if there is an FAQ?

Yes, please see our tutorial “AT&T Collaborate app for Desktop” which includes information on how to use AT&T Collaborate. Including: Installing the desktop or Mac applications, signing in, a breakdown of the icons that the system may display, and more. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
