Automatic call forwarding based on schedule?

Hello,

I'm a current AT&T small business phone user. I work for a nonprofit and am trying to set up a hotline according to an on-call schedule of volunteers. Is there a way to set up our account to automatically forward calls based on a previously entered schedule? It will change week to week so ideally I can enter a schedule ahead of time and have the calls automatically forwarded after hours. I understand this may have an additional cost; that is fine.
