Changing the Call Waiting settings in AT&T Collaborate

I’m new to AT&T Collaborate. One of my co-workers mentioned that you could configure the system to work like call waiting. Does anyone know where I need to go to enable that?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate includes a Call Waiting feature which allows you to place the first call on hold and accept another. To Enable the Call Waiting feature click on Features in the menu to the left of the homepage. This feature allows you to use key presses to configure your desired settings. Take a look at our tutorial “About Call Waiting with AT&T Collaborate” for more information on downloading the application, viewing call history, using voicemail, and more. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
