Create a contact center in AT&T Collaborate
The person that set up our AT&T Collaborate account is longer with us, and I need to create a call queue for a new team that we set up. Does anyone know where I need to go to make a new one?

AT&T Collaborate Contact Centers can be created by click on either “Select a site” or “Switch Sites” and selecting the desired site. Click “OK” in the message that appears and then expand the “Call handling” menu on the left. Click on “Contact Center” and then crate. Please see our tutorial “Create a contact center in AT&T Collaborate” for more information on creating a new Contact Center.
