Create a Read-Only Administrator account in AccessMyLAN

I’m working with some new project teams, and they have asked if they can be provided access to our AccessMyLAN account. I don’t want them to be able to make any changes, but they should be able to see all the aspects of the system. Does anyone know if that’s possible?

AccessMyLAN includes the ability to grant users access levels including, a “Read-Only Administrator”. This allows users to see all aspects of the system but does not slow the user to make changes. To create a read-only account login, and click on the profile icon at the top right of the homepage. Click on Administrators in the menu and then click on the plus symbol at the top right of the user list that populates. Check out our tutorial “Create a Read-Only Administrator account in AccessMyLAN” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
