Create an answer confirmation message in AT&T Collaborate

I’m new to AT&T Collaborate, and I wanted to see what information was available on managing the call-in features. For example, I would like to configure my account so that the caller is presented information on my office hours and alternate methods of contacting me. Where do I need to go to set this up?

You can use the “Answer Confirmation Settings” option in AT&T Collaborate to configure a message to play for callers. To assign a message, navigate to the Administration section and click on “Answer Confirmation Settings and then click on “Custom Announcement”. You will be presented with an option to Browse for an audio file. Check out our tutorial “Manage Messages and Announcements in AT&T Collaborate Enhanced Mobile” for more.
