Creating alternate numbers in AT&T Collaborate
My company recently started using AT&T Collaborate and I need to add an extension to make it easier for customers to reach me. Is that something I can do?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate includes the ability to create a list of Alternate Numbers which routes calls to your device like your direct number. To create Alternate Numbers an administrator needs to click on “Features” in the menu on the left of the homepage. The “Features” page displays and they can click on Set up in the “Alternate Number” section. Check out our tutorial “AT&T Collaborate Alternate Numbers” for step-by-step instructions.
