Delete a file or folder in box from AT&T

I’m working to clean up our box from AT&T account, and I need to get rid of some older files. I deleted some files, but my co-worker mentioned that this does not necessarily remove them from my account entirely. Does anyone know how I can completely delete a file from my account?

When you delete a file in box from AT&T, it is moved to the “Trash” folder. To permanently delete a file, log into box from AT&T and click on “Trash” in the menu to the left. A list of deleted items displays, and you can scroll to and click on the desired file or folder. Click on the Delete button at the top right. A confirmation message displays, and you can click on the Okay button to proceed with the deletion.
