Disable a device in the AccessMyLAN web portal

We have a worker that is going to be traveling and has requested that we suspend their AccessMyLAN access for the time that they are unavailable. Does anyone know if it’s possible to do so?

Yes, AccessMyLAN allows you to disable a device. To disable a device, log in and hover over “Device” and then click on Device Overview. A list of devices displays, scroll to the desired device and click on the pencil icon to the left of the device number. The device’s information displays and you can click on the checkmark to the under “Mobile Data”. See our tutorial “Disable a device in the AccessMyLAN web portal” for more information.
