Disable iOS APN Protection in the AccessMyLAN web portal
We have technicians that need to be able to change the network settings on their iPhones. My co-worker advised me that we need to disable a setting in AccessMyLAN to allow this, but I’m not sure which setting they were referencing. Does anyone know what setting changes they meant?

You will need to disable the iOS APN Protection setting in AccessMyLAN. To disable the APN protection, click on Security near the top of the page. A list of security policies displays, look for iOS APN Protection and click on the ellipsis icon at the top right of its box. See our tutorial “Disable iOS APN Protection in the AccessMyLAN web portal” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
