Edit a policy’s Group Data Limit in AccessMyLAN

The previous administrator configured a group for some of our international technicians but entered a higher limit than we allotted. Does anyone know where I can go in AccessMyLAN to make changes to the group settings?

Since there is already an AccessMyLAN Group Policy created, you can click on the Data Control tab near the top of the page. A menu populates, and you can click on Group Plans. A list of configured Group Plans displays, and you can click on the drown arrow to the right of the desired plan. Then click on the Edit button to make the desired changes. Check out our tutorial “Edit a policy’s Group Data Limit in AccessMyLAN” for step-by-step instructions.
