Enable the security settings for a box from AT&T folder

I need to lock down one of the folders on my box from AT&T account. It seems that one of the users I shared the folder with forwarded it to a recipient that was not approved. I need to keep the folder to only the approved users. Does anyone know if that’s possible?

Yes, box from AT&T includes the ability to limit folder sharing to owners, co-owners only, collaborators within your account only, etc. To enable these settings, log in and click on the more options icon to the right of the folders name. Click on Settings in the menu that Scroll to the collaboration section and enable the desired settings. Check out our tutorial “Enable security settings for folders with Box from AT&T” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on folder settings and options.
