Export a Denied Device Connections report in AccessMyLAN

I’m new to AccessMyLAN, and I wanted to see if there is a way to know if my users have been denied access to the system. I have a user who states that he could not use his device, and I’m looking to verify if that’s true. Does anyone have any ideas?

AccessMyLAN includes a Denied Device Connections report, which provides details on devices denied data access and the reason why. To access the report, log into the system, and then click on Reports at the top of the page. A list of configured reports displays. Scroll to the Denied Device Connections report. You can either review the report in the portal or click on the ellipsis icon at the top right for options to export it. See our tutorial “Export a Denied Device Connections report in the AccessMyLAN web portal” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on the reports available in AccessMyLAN.
