Lock an iOS device in the AccessMyLAN
I have an AccessMyLAN user taking leave, and I want to restrict access to their device while they are out. Does anyone know where I need to go to do so?

You can use the Lock Device options in AccessMyLAN. To enable this setting, log in and click on Device near the top of the page and then on Device Overview. The list of devices displays, and you can scroll to and click on the desired device. Then, click on the Device Security tab and then on the Lock Device button. See our tutorial, “Lock an iOS device in the AccessMyLAN” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on managing devices in AccessMyLAN.
