Manage external contacts in AT&T Collaborate

I was given a list of our customer’s contact information, and I would like to add them to AT&T Collaborate. How hard is it to add them?

AT&T Collaborate allows you to add multiple contacts at once by using a CSV file, or one at a time. Take a look at our tutorial “Manage external contacts in AT&T Collaborate” for information the different ways that you can add external contacts to your AT&T Collaborate account.
