Manage the Hoteling feature in AT&T Collaborate

I have a teammate that works out of another office that is going to visit our site. I was advised by our IT person that we can set their account so that their desk phone will function as if they are sitting at their desk. Does anyone know what it’s called and how to configure it?

AT&T Collaborate includes a feature called ‘Hoteling” which allows users to access their phone while in another location. To configure hoteling, click on “Features” in the menu on the left side of the homepage. Look for the “Hoteling Guest” section and then click “Off” under “Status” to enable it. Take a look Check out our tutorial “Manage Hoteling with AT&T Collaborate” for more information on configuring the hoteling guest and hoteling host settings.
