Managing site profiles and caller ID in AT&T Collaborate™

My company has moved offices within the building we lease. Does anyone know where I need to go in AT&T Collaborate™ to update this information?

You can update the site profile in AT&T Collaborate™ to reflect the change. To access the profile, click on “Select a site” or “Switch sites” on the homepage. Navigate to the site information section and click on “Edit site information”. A window populates, and you can update the information as needed. Take a look at our tutorial “Manage site profiles and caller ID with AT&T Collaborate” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
