New Hold Time Options for Departments

Department hold time is now configurable on Office@Hand.
 
The account administrator can change the hold time for departments. Go to Settings > Phone System > Department, then select a department. Then select Call Handling to customize:

- Maximum time to wait for a department member to answer before trying the next member: 10 seconds to 5 minutes
- Maximum hold time to wait for an available department member: 1,2, or 3 minutes
