Phone donation/discounts for Non Profits

I have pretty much the same question.  I am trying to bring VR and AR Google Expeditions to my classroom.  We were awarded an grant from Donors Choose for the headsets.  However, due to network issues, we need to get our own phones with only WIFI access.  They must have gyroscopes as well in the phone.  They do not need any other capability other than to act as small tablets to connect to our secure network.  Students using BYOD cannot connect to our network this way.

I also work for a non-profit wanted to find out if AT&T donates to non-profits.  I am looking to obtain a cell phone to be used as the line veteran and military families call for connections to the community. They would call our toll-free number and because I take the calls, I would have the cell phone to which the calls are directed.  I'm happy to provide any information you need.  Thank you.
