I have a user that is having trouble logging into their AT&T Collaborate account. How do I rest their password?

To reset an AT&T Collaborate user password, expand the “Users” item in the menu to the left of the homepage. The user list displays and you can navigate to and select the desired user. Click the “Links” tab and then click on “Reset Collaborate application” in the “Useful links” section. Please see our tutorial “Reset password and PIN with AT&T Collaborate” for more information.
