Reset an administrator’s password in AccessMyLAN

One of my managers is having issues logging into their AccessMyLAN account. I suspect that they have forgotten their login credentials. Does anyone know if I can force a reset of their password?

Yes, AccessMyLAN allows you to reset user passwords. If the manager is an administrator, you can log into AccessMyLAN and then hover over the profile icon at the top right. Then, click on Administrator in the menu that populates. A list of configured administrators displays, and you can click on the ellipsis icon to the right of the desired user. A menu populates, and you can click on Reset Password. Check out our tutorial “Reset an administrator’s password in AccessMyLAN” for more information.
