Run an Outbound Collaboration report in box from AT&T

We had some issues with access to sensitive files, and I have been tasked with reviewing anyone that has access to our internal files. I know that you can allow people outside of your company to collaborate on box from AT&T files. Is there an easy way to see which files have outside contributors?

Yes, box from AT&T includes a report specific to outbound collaborators that will give you insight into the collaborators configured on your account. To run an Outbound Collaboration report, log in and click on Admin Console in the menu to the right. Click on the Reports icon at the top of the page. Scroll through the list of available reports and click on Outbound Collaboration. Check out our tutorial “Run an Outbound Collaboration report with Box from AT&T” for more information.
