Share a folder with a collaborator in Box from AT&T
I was asked to have one of our vendors assist with the completion of a project. I need information on how to allow them to access the project files. Does anyone know where I need to go in Box from AT&T to enable that?

It sounds like this user would be outside of your company, in which case, we recommend you send the vendor an invitation as a collaborator to the folder that contains your files. To send the invitation, log in and navigate to the desired folder. Click on Share to the right of the folder and then click on Invite Collaborators. Click in the field under “Invite” and enter the collaborators name or email address. Then, use the dropdown under Invitee Permissions to set the desired permissions for the vendor.
