Still Waiting on AT&T to Port my fax number for Online Fax

I'm on the 12th business day now and AT&T has not ported my fax number over yet for online fax.  My former carrier released it on July 16th.  Apparently, they didn't "schedule" this with AT&T so now AT&T is waiting on a "schedule date".  AT&T won't reach out to the former carrier.  The website solutions team continues to tell me it's pending.  Today I learned my 10 business day requirement started over four days ago.  It's like I've been scolded because AT&T won't go and pick the number up.  My former carrier has provided the proof to me that the number has been released and is pending AT&T.  Who at AT&T can see that my fax number is ported to AT&T and my online fax set up?  12 business days is unacceptable.

Yes, I am still waiting!  The number had been released before AT&T told Rainbow to release it.  AT&T made Rainbow reactivate it and start the process over.  This means I have to pay another month with Rainbow.  AT&T sent the request so Rainbow chose August 14th as the release date.  They're sick of dealing with AT&T and so am I.  The initial release was on July 14th.  I'm a CPA firm and will be without a fax for 28 days.  This is beyond unacceptable.  Oh and did I mention I'm paying for this online fax that isn't even in operation yet.  I'm not happy with AT&T at all.

Yes, after 28 days, my online fax is now working.  I appreciate the help from the forum personnel.  Without your help it would not have been resolved.  The online fax customer service is terrible.

How do you find out others fax number? Do you use any kind of app for this? I would like to know more about it. Thanks!
