Using office@hand App
We frequently get Bad Call reports when at least one end point is the Office@hand app on a mobile device.
The frequency of the Bad Call reports has increased over the last 5-6 months.
The Bad Call reports occur whether the mobile device is connected via WiFi or a cellular carrier's network.
