ATT phone service setup

Once again we were supposed to have someone come out today to help with setting up the phones internally at the office, apparently someone came at 8am this morning, knocked on the door, nobody was here, said everything is fine, left and closed the ticket...….How is everything fine if you don't talk to someone, don't call to inform us that you are coming at 8am, leave and close the ticket without verifying anything......Here we are again today nothing is fixed, still the same issue and the response again is we are sorry for the inconvenience, we can have someone come out tomorrow between the hours of 8am and 4pm.  This is absolutely ridiculous, how do we know the same thing won't happen again tomorrow.  Any response from someone higher up that can tell us how to get better service??????   Sincerely, Bewildered, amazed and dumbfounded
