Cancel Business Land LIne

I am trying to cancel my business land line. I have been on the phone for 30 minutes, and have been transferred 15 times. No one can cancel by phone line apparently.

WOW - I'm glad I'm not the only person that has tried to cancel service and is being held hostage (since 5/8/20) on two accounts by AT&T (a T-1 and Phone lines) and I've talked to no less than 30+ people all overseas (I know this because of the accents and I ask each one if they are in the USA and they all say NO and can't transfer me to the US). I've even tried online email requests, etc. It's all a game to keep us getting dinged each month with a new invoice even though all equipment was returned and we are not using the services. I've been waiting since 5/8 for my final invoices and received neither - just more monthly invoices that we are not paying. I have also not received any HUMAN responses to all of my requests - just a canned response here and there. Several people swore the accounts were canceled and they weren't. I have the name, date, time and the conversation I have had with every supposed AT&T rep. And this is why they lose customers to Verizon and other companies. Verizon responds with a human quickly. AT&T, not so much.... good luck and hope you aren't going to have to squat around for several months like our company to get resolve.
