De-link accounts

I have been passed back and forth all morning and I’m only trying to de-link my personal accounts from my business internet account. Sidebar, not sure how they were linked in the first place. 

Does anyone have any idea how to go about this? I’ve been given numerous numbers to call, hold and then I’m disconnected. Ready to cancel at this point.
