Monitoring internet circuit

I'm trying to find a way to monitor the internet circuit we have from AT&T. Specifically, we have a single 500/500 fiber circuit. I've been doing the 800 dance for a few hours now, and I'm being told I can do some monitoring with Smart Home Manager, but when logging that portal it tells me our account is not supported. Am I missing something or is there no way to monitor the circuit directly from AT&T?
