Small business management moving from Premier to myAT&T for Business?

I recently got a AT&T Small Business account. If I try to register with myAT&T for Business, it says it looks like I manage my account with Premier. When I try to register with Premier, I get an email that says they've moved small business management to myAT&T for Business. Is that still in the process of being moved? When will I be able to use myAT&T for Business?
