How do I report this and get this number blocked.  Also, I get a suspicious call from {edited} (identifed as from MN).  Both of these callers call once a week but either leave no message or I just hear the camera click and hang up.

Why did my ATT landlune bill just triple with no explanation. No way to contact ATT unless I call 800# and have over an hour wait on hold. No chat or email option. Whi had time to hold for a 68 minute (per recording) wait? Any suggestions?
