Can't Find Billing Widget

I (and another admin of our account) have collectively spent about 4 hours on the site, we've talked to numerous on-line reps and can't see our bill so we cannot pay it. Any help would be appreciated. I hate to have to attend a training class just to pay our stupid bill.
