CellBooster Pro 5G Clip & Closed Access Option

Any word when the 5G clip will be released for the CellBooster Pro?

Also,

AT&T/FirstNet sent an email earlier detailing issues with the closed access system on the CellBooster Pro.  When will this be resolved?  It is very frustrating because I have a FirstNet data SIM that tries to connect to the CellBooster Pro.  I would like everything to be able to connect to it EXCEPT the data SIM.

Laura, thanks for calling.  I got your voicemail.  You mentioned calling tech support to perform troubleshooting.

Please be advised that this is a limitation with AT&T/FirstNet and is not a configuration/troubleshooting issue.

When closed access is enabled and allowed phone numbers are entered, phone numbers not entered are still allowed to connect.  This was acknowledged as not working via email from AT&T/FirstNet earlier this year/late last year.

AT&T never fully developed the features it advertised when the CellBooster Pro was first released.  Please have your engineers make this functionality a priority as it's needed.

My apologies for the delay. I had a family emergency yesterday. I'm speaking to an FN tech expert, and she wants to know if you're using the FN version for the booster and are you on open mode on the booster?

Hi Laura, it is currently registered as an AT&T device.  However, I have registered it both ways and it didn't work.  I currently have it open as closed it not making any difference.

Thanks Laura.  I sent you a DM.  Your description in your voicemail is correct.  The feature has never worked correctly since I've had the CellBooster Pro.  

Basically, there is an option for a closed access system.  Only listed phone numbers will connect.  However, this does not prevent my data SIM from connecting to the CellBooster Pro.  The feature has never worked.

Ideally, AT&T/FirstNet should also offer the ability to only block listed numbers.  That way, all numbers connect by default except those listed.  I could then list the data SIM number to be blocked from connecting to the CellBooster Pro, but guests would be able to connect to it and use cellular service through it.
