Don’t have permission to modify my own billing
I am able to login to my FirstNet Account, but I can’t change anything. If I click Billing tab, I get this error “You need additional permissions to proceed. Contact your public safety administrator to update your permissions for Premier access.”
I am an individual and not part of an organization. I am the only person on the account.
I am unable to pay bills online or modify billing options (I really need to change my credit card that it is billing).
I called firstnet support and they said they were escalating, but that was months ago and it’s still not working.
