first net scam
Our entire police agency switched over to first net as we were told our phones would work in any disaster. This is such a sham! I was in hurricane Ian and had no cell service for days! This should be a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) as they advertise that we would always have cell service no matter what. I would not recommend them as they falsely advertise. Additionally, I sent them my old cell phone to get credit for my new phone and have yet (6 months later) to receive the credit. It is a constant run a round from them. Terrible service.
