I want to unlock my device. I’ve using it for more than 6 months. I tried to unlock it a month ago but they’re pending on my device. They said that they will give me an email to confirm but I didn’t find any emails. Then I tried to send a new request but they said that they have already proceeded my past request. Please help me to solve this solution because I’ve been waiting for so long. AT&T please do not make me disappointed!
