since we got the internet 75 faster speed a month ago, every time I try to watch program on demand I get a message "receiver is not ready for downloads right now, this may take up to 3 hrs.... I leave it in que, the info says the program is pending download.... and than it stays like that for days and days.. I had reset the genie completely, lost all my recordings. I had gone through set up wireless connection steps. I had reset my network on smart manager app.. a technician who left me his business card when he was here last time, came in on his own time and reset everything... told me it should be ok after 24 hrs... a week later, nothing has changed.
