I was in a hospital today with no service and tried to use wifi calling. I connected to the hospital wifi and tried to turn on wifi calling. It said provisioning failed. I cleared settings, restarted, wipe partition cach and tried again. I've tried several wifi locations and still no go. Now it says please setup wifi calling later. Is this a system wide issue or just me. I believe wifi calling stopped working after the last software update. S10+ with Firstnet Sim cars latest software.

Solved it. I turned off my phone. Removed some card tray and restarted my phone with no Sim card. Once booted I reset network settings. Turned phone off, reinserted Sim card tray and rebooted. WiFi calling working again!
