ATT 1st Net crooked business practices
I am a paramedic and took the bait for ATT 1st Net in summer of 2019. It was AWFUL. No service, dropped calls and screwed up my iPhone so bad their own people couldn't figure out how to unlink it so they just had to replace it. I requested they disconnect my service and continued with my "normal" ATT account. What did they do? They continued to charge my ATT 1st Net acct to the tune of $800 and are now refusing to upgrade or improve my normal account. I haven't used that CRAPPY service in 3 years. Is this what Congress pulled them in for? I'm going to file a complaint with our state Attorney Generals office for fraudulent charges, false advertisement, and dishonest business practices.
