AT&T Blocking Website

We've had a number of our customers report that they cannot access our website because it is being blocked by AT&T.

I've run our website through site checkers, including Google's safe site report, and no malware is detected.

I have high confidence that AT&T has falsely flagged our website, and has done so without detecting any unsafe content, nor without notifying us about the detection.


What is the process for having our website reviewed and unflagged?

It appears other businesses share this same problem.

Closing the loop on this, the AT&T Business Social Media team worked with me via PM to resolve this issue. It took several days given time differences and back and forths between AT&T internal teams.

We have not yet had our business's block removed. I got a call saying it was, but we had many folks who use AT&T test it, and it is still blocked. We had them clear their cookies-still blocked. I've had many phone calls and chats about this. Our most recent case number is M68912924 (this was not my call to AT&T but our CEO's call, he got frustrated that I was not able to get this done after spending a TON of time and called himself. Is there any way you (Lisa) could help me get our site's block taken off as well? This is seriously impacting business....

I am reaching out about this problem too. I have a site that I manage that no web browser or malware scan seem to find anything wrong with but AT&T Internet Security does. How do I get it off this blocked list?
