AT&T Malware false positive

Hello all, 
Within the past week, AT&T has abruptly started blocking its users from downloading our software from our website, Users from all other ISPs can successfully download our software, but when an AT&T user attempts they hit the following error page:
Anyone have any advice on how we can prevent AT&T from falsely flagging our software (which these AT&T users have paid for!) as malware? It is fully and correctly signed.

After some initial searching, I sent an email to Mostly I just see horror stories from organizations in the same boat as us.... Any practical tips or assistance would be greatly appreciated, as we have three software releases going out in the next week!
