Boycott Philippino call centers

I do not want any of my personal business to be conducted overseas, specifically in the Phillipines.  Keep my business in the USA and provide jobs for Americans. If you continue to do business and outsource my calls to call centers in a country that continually bad mouths the US you will lose my business and the business of my friends and family who are also ATT customers.  I would like ATT to make a public statement to their customers in regards to doing business with Phillipines.

Thanks,

12 year ATT customer

I continued to get call after call from a Phillipino 3-4 times daily stating my mobile account was in need of being paid. I overpaid the account to keep my phone on, after talking to a perpetually (Edited as per community guidelines) female in the Phillipines...UGH I had to get someone ELSE! He reassured me my phone account was fine. I have asked many times “where is my DirecTV BILL ?” I have never received one!

So of course after all those ridiculous calls from the Phillipinos stating my mobile account was in “dire straits” oh no....it was my darn AT&T DirecTV ACCOUNT 😱😱😱

oh I so AGREE!!! I used to care for CEO of AT&T’s John DeButt’s Mother. He was in Charge when AT&T had to be divided up in the late 90’s and if he could see what was going on now he would die again. America can pay a good wage to Our own people and take care of us without “outsourcing” OUR work to other countries! It makes me sick! 🤮

No Federal Tax breaks for them! Tax the He# out of em!! I have been a part of AT&T since 2007 YES ATT SHOULD TELL EVERYONE THEY ARE OUTSOURCING JOBS TO THE PHILLIPINES
