Building to be demolished. No active service but ATT lines on property

We are demolishing a building and there are lines that were marked by digalert for ATT on the property. We have never had a service account or active lines with ATT since we have owned the building. These lines need to be terminated at the property line so there aren't any issues when we demolish. Who do I speak with? Building is located in Southern California.
