Employee Recognition
Hello,
I need to recognize an employee Caleb that provided excellent customer service at the ATT location on *** Garland, TX 75043. He was patient and worked through our situtation to find the best possible solution for our Business Account. He was the only one working at the time and it was a few people waiting. He made all of us feel special once he took care of our needs. Great employee!

Hello, I want to recognize an employee by the name of Marcia .
Marcia went out of her way to make my mother and I feel important despite the crowd of customers that was growing. She was very attentive to our needs and we never felt rushed. Despite us being there for over 2 hours (our doing not hers) she was very patient and professional with us.
She Greeted us, understood our needs, engaged in conversation to get a genuine understanding of our needs, she made a great suggestion for a different phone than we were looking at and she thanked us for our business. [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
