Employment verification for former employee
Hello,
I am in desperate need of help and I keep going in circles. I am applying for a mortgage and the bank is requesting an employment verification. I am a former employee. When the bank goes to www.theworknumber.com my information doesn't show up. There's no record of me ever working at ATT. I worked from August 2017-March 2018. How can I verify my employment?????? When I call the one stop number I can't get through to a human being. Please help!!

Hello Lisa,
I was informed by worknumber their site is no longer being used for previous employee verification and we need to use employee att access to login(https://access1.sbc.com/). Sadly I do not have a pin in order to log in and I need a copy of my employment history asap. Are you able to direct me to who I should contact?
Thank You
Megan

I have created a profile on the above mentioned website. I can logon and access other information like the W2, but when I click on the `Employee Verification` button, it redirects to download a ".action" file. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that.

add ".pdf" to the end of the file name that ends in ".action" , and the file will open up
