Hello @ajmayle

Here is the information you requested. Employment verification for former employees can be obtained by calling "The Work Number", an automated national employment verification service owned and operated by the EQUIFAX Corporation, at 1-800-367-5690 or accessing http://www.theworknumber.com The system will prompt the caller to input the company code (10535 for AT&T), and the caller's social security number.

Thank you,

Lisa

Hi Lisa,
Is there a time limit on how long they will be able to verify employment for? If I was employed 7 years ago, will the work number be able to verify that?

Hello,

I need to get my employee verification, (i worked at AT&T from Jan 2013 to Apr 2016) and I have reached out to the work number above and they have redirected me back to a website called www.access.att.com because they claim that they cannot provide that information anymore. However, I don't know my PIN to register. I cannot get a hold of any contact information for AT&T HR for previous employee.

Thanks,

Sai

I am a field technician trying to get a mortgage and I am needing an employment verification letter that includes overtime and bonuses for the year. The verification on one stop only includes base salary. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I am a former Cingular/AT&T mobility employee (Jan 2008 to April 2012). I need to get training verification of the training classes I have taken. How and where can I get that documentation of my training history?

Good evening,

I am a Lender working with a Premises Technician who is purchasing a new home.  We need to verify his income including his year to date OT and previous 2 years of OT in order to be able to qualify that income as qualifying.  We have been getting the run around with The Work Number with who to contact - and get sent to another automated system.  And my Borrower is being told that there is no one that can provide this information for him and his only resource is The Work Number.  Pay checks to not show YTD OT information, and end of year paystubs do not show YTD OT info.  We are really stuck here and need assistance as soon as possible. Please advise what steps we can take to get this resolved.

To all current employees, all this information can be obtained in elink

go to elink, employee services, personal information  there is a link  employment/salary verification. you can choose one of 2 ways to receive it,, verification of employment with or without salary , i suggest you choose the print to desktop option so you can save as a pdf file, or you can choose to have it faxed to your lender

AGAIN THIS IS FOR CURRENT EMPLOYEES ONLY
