Former Employee Discount

I am trying to get the former employee discount applied to my Wireless account but I can't seem to get verified because i no longer have a work email with AT&T, nor can I access the former employee login through Access.att.com because it brings up an error 404 code in the next window. Please Help with any information you can! Thank You!

At&T / Directv is the most corrupt and has the least customer service of any company in the United States. I do not know how they are allowed to stay in business. They turned my closed account over to collections, for a amount i did not even owe and never bothered to contact me. I paid the fake bill directly to AT&T so that my perfect credit would not be ruined and AT&T refuses to retract the bill from the collection agency after they said they would. The collection agency has DESTROYED my perfect credit. I was trying to purchase my first home and now my credit is ruined for the next 10 years over less then $300 that I did not even owe. AT&T refuses to listen to me or help me. I call, they hang up on me, they transfer to to 5 different people. They think this is a joke. My credit lowered over 70 points. This is truly horrible to me and my family. It is bad enough they stole $300 for me, but why on earth do they get pleasure from destroying my credit. I was a GREAT customer for 9 years. I really think everyone should report them, they should not be allowed to get away with this. Sequiom Collection is who they use, they have a F with BBB and are not even a reputable company. Everything you see on the internet about this is about their horrible businesses practices. Why on earth would AT&T do business with them. This is literally criminal.
